Egyptian customs require that the (verified) exporter directly submits ACI (advance cargo information document). As the primary person obliged to submit ACI, it is the exporter who is liable for manifesting authentic and correct documents to Egyptian customs.
As practice demands, there is a possibility that the exporter outsources the task of producing and submitting ACI. This process can technically be executed on the CargoX Platform. After the exporting company registers and verifies on the CargoX platform (a mandatory part of the verification process is CargoX receiving a bank wire payment from your company for the credits), they can add a new user account for the outsourced agent, and give them permissions "Upload documents and create envelopes" and "Transfer documents and envelopes".
Tutorial on creating user accounts is available at https://help.cargox.digital/en/user-manual/managing-company-details/add-user/.
NOTES:
1- Please note that the agent will be able to see all documents on the exporter's CargoX account.
2 - User's email address must be unique, as one email address can only belong to one CargoX user account (assigned under one CargoX company account). In a situation where one forwarder/agent services several companies, there are several possible workarounds... The first one is that the exporter (with domain name company.com) creates a new email address for their logistics partner - for example, external-logistics-provider@company.com and registers a new user account under the exporter's CargoX account using this email... Of course, forwarding of received emails to the logistics partner's real email address should not be forgotten. Or - the second one - that logistics company creates a new email address (alias?) for each customer they will be serving. And exporter uses this email address when adding a new user under the exporter's CargoX account.
Also, note that in the eyes of the Egyptian customs the exporter is exclusively liable for submitted ACI documents.
